1. Definitions and Applicability

In this document, "he baji", "platform", "we", and "our" refer to the he baji website and all services under it. "User", "member", "you", and "your" refer to any registered or unregistered person who visits this site or uses its services.

These terms and conditions apply to all services, products, and activities of he baji. By browsing the website, opening an account, making a deposit, playing games, or placing bets, you agree to abide by these terms. If you do not agree with any term, please refrain from using this platform.

2. Account Registration and Identity Verification

To use the full range of services on he baji, you must register a personal account. During registration, you must provide accurate and complete information. Opening an account with false information is strictly prohibited.

2.1 One Account Policy

Each person may hold only one account. Attempting to open multiple accounts using the same name, address, device, IP address, or payment method may result in all related accounts being suspended or closed and balances being forfeited.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

To ensure a secure and transparent service, he baji may verify your identity at any time. This process may require you to submit a copy of your national ID, passport, or driving licence, and to verify your mobile number. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login details confidential. You should not share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify he baji support immediately.

3. Age and Eligibility Requirements

The minimum age to participate on the he baji platform is 21 years. This platform is strictly prohibited for minors. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older.

If he baji determines that a member opened an account while under the age of 21, that account will be closed immediately and all transactions and winnings associated with it will be forfeited.

In addition, anyone who is legally or otherwise restricted from participating in gaming activities is prohibited from using this platform.

4. Deposit and Payment Methods

Deposits on he baji can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200.

4.1 Deposit Rules

• Deposits must be made only from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Depositing using a third-party account is prohibited.
• A deposit will be credited to your account only after it has been successfully processed.
• If a deposit remains incomplete due to a technical error, please notify the support team.

4.2 Currency and Conversion

he baji processes transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Deposits in foreign currency are not accepted.

5. Withdrawals and Cash-outs

Withdrawals from a verified account can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.

5.1 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Funds earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the associated wagering requirements have been met.
• Withdrawals may be held until identity verification (KYC) is complete.
• he baji reserves the right to review withdrawals in cases of suspected suspicious activity.

5.2 Reasons for Withdrawal Rejection

A withdrawal request may be rejected if documents are incomplete, there are inconsistencies in the information provided, or fraud is suspected. In every case of rejection, he baji will inform you of the reason and give you an opportunity to resolve the issue.

6. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

he baji offers various types of bonuses. Each bonus has its own wagering requirements and validity period. You are encouraged to read the relevant terms carefully before claiming a bonus.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. Example: a ৳1,000 deposit adds a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000; before withdrawing this bonus, you must wager ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000. A bonus may never be treated as directly awarded cash.

6.2 Weekly and Other Promotions

Various promotional offers are available, including the weekly he baji reward, cricket festival bonus, and slots bonus. A minimum deposit of ৳200 and separate wagering requirements apply to each promotion.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

Activities carried out with the intent to abuse bonus benefits — such as claiming bonuses from multiple accounts, strategies to avoid wagering requirements, or attempting to withdraw bonuses risk-free by betting on opposite outcomes — are prohibited. If such activity is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.

7. Betting and Gaming Rules

Before placing a bet or starting a game on he baji, you should familiarise yourself with the rules of the specific game or section. Separate rules may apply to each game category.

7.1 Bet Validity

A bet that has been confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled, unless there is a technical error. If incorrect odds or incorrect results are displayed due to a technical error, he baji reserves the right to void those bets.

7.2 Result Settlement

Bets on cricket, football, or other sports events are settled within the designated time. If an event is postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled according to he baji's established rules.

7.3 Live Betting

During live betting on an ongoing match, odds and availability may change rapidly. If there is a disconnection or a server issue, a bet may not be accepted.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the he baji platform:

1. Operating multiple accounts or using a third-party account.
2. Registering with false information or concealing your identity.
3. Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs for an unfair advantage.
4. Attempting to withdraw funds in violation of bonus rules.
5. Money laundering or conducting illegal financial activity.
6. Threatening other members or engaging in harmful behaviour on the platform.
7. Using bots or automated software to place bets.
8. Match-fixing or placing bets using insider information.

If any of the above activities are detected, he baji reserves the right to close the account immediately and notify the relevant authorities.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

he baji reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a violation of these terms and conditions.
• If fraud or deception is suspected.
• If required documents for identity verification are not provided.
• Upon a court order or request from an authority.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period.

A member may also request the closure of their own account at any time through the support team.

10. Limitation of Liability

he baji is not responsible for any financial gain or loss a member incurs from gaming or betting. Financial risk is inherent in gaming and betting, and the member is knowingly accepting this risk.

he baji will not be held liable for any loss arising from technical errors, server issues, internet disconnections, or third-party service failures. However, he baji will always endeavour to protect the interests of its members.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the he baji website — including logos, designs, software, text, images, graphics, and other elements — is protected under the intellectual property rights of he baji or its suppliers.

Copying, distributing, modifying, or using any content from this platform for commercial purposes without prior written permission from he baji is prohibited.

12. Right to Modify Terms

he baji reserves the right to change, add to, or amend these terms and conditions at any time. A notice will be posted on the platform for significant changes.

Continuing to use the platform after a change has been made will be considered acceptance of the new terms. You are therefore advised to check this page regularly.

13. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
